As I said, sometimes you frequently receive a call from a particular unknown number. In my case, one day I had dialed a wrong number. Soon after, the person called me from the same number. I attended it and replied — sorry the number was dialed by me mistakenly (and I disconnected the call). But I don’t know what was wrong with that particular guy; he was calling me again and again.
So here I decided, if this person will call me again, I won’t pick this number.
But, this was not a right solution to fix this issue.
So I have searched this problem on the internet and find out a very easy solution.
What is the Solution to Block Cell Phone Number?
If you don’t want to receive a call from a particular unknown number then you can get rid of from that using the android or iPhone inbuilt feature. Using the number “BLACKLIST” feature, you can ban any number.
How to Use the BLACKLIST Feature to Block a Phone Number?
If you want to block a phone number then simply follow these given steps:
Method 1:
- Select a contact number which you want to block.
- Long tap on the particular unknown number.
- Select the “add to blacklist” option.
- Done!
Method 2:
- Select a contact number which you want to block.
- Tap on Left Arrow Button (>).
- Tap on Add to Blacklist option.
- A message will appear on screen, tap OK.
- Done.
You can apply the same process to unlock or to remove it from the blacklist.
