On March 29, 2017, Samsung revealed the two flagship models – Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+. As the name indicates, the Galaxy S8 Plus offers better and bigger hardware.

Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus Features
If we talk about the features, then features of this handset are similar to Galaxy S8. It offers infinity display, invisible home button, dust and water resistant, iris scanner, fingerprint scanner and facial Recognition.
The handset also features USB Type-C, wireless charging, and a new AI assistant named Bixby.
Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus Specifications
The plus model of S8 sports a 6.20-inch SuperAMOLED touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels and pixel density of ~529ppi. The screen of this model is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
It is powered by 64-bit Octa-Core Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with Adreno 540 GPU (USA Models). The most international markets (including India) will get the Exynos 8895 SoC (2.35GHz Quad + 1.9GHz Quad).
The handset is packed with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM. The memory expandable option is also available up to 256GB via the microSD card.
It sports 12-megapixel ‘Dual Pixel’ rear camera with OIS and an f/1.7 aperture, while there is an 8-megapixel front camera with autofocus on board as well, featuring an f/1.7 aperture.
The Galaxy S8 Plus comes with the bigger battery. It is backed by a 3500mAh non-removable battery that supports wireless as well as fast charging options.
The connectivity options include 4G LTE (Cat. 16), Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz, 5GHz), Bluetooth v5.0, USB Type-C, NFC, and GPS.
Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus Price
Samsung didn’t announce the price at the event, but in the USA it may be priced at $820 in (roughly INR 55,200).
